Clario Pty Ltd (Clario) provides secondment services to Australian-based in-house legal teams. Our team are experts in providing seconded lawyers to help manage peaks and troughs in demand or to provide specialist resources for one off projects.

Whether you lead a large legal team or are a GC providing sole in-house counsel, we have the lawyers to assist. Richard works with in-house legal teams to improve how legal services are delivered—leveraging secondments, targeted recruitment, and client insights.

He previously led secondment teams at Plexus and Axiom Law, and is known as a trusted, responsive business partner. With 17 years at KPMG in senior roles, Richard also brings expertise in legal operations, technology trends, and customer experience.

Why the dragonfly?

The dragonfly boasts extraordinary vision, with its compound eyes made up of thousands of ommatidia, enabling it to detect movement, see in all directions (360 degrees), and perceive polarized and ultraviolet light – things invisible to the human eye.
